Being an afficiendo of JKT pool rules you may be able to provide some timely assistance. After an eight year abscences from Blok M I’m planning to visit for a month. Everytime I get pissed up town with a mate who’s also visiting Indonesia I suggest we should get in some pool practice. But in the back of my mind there is one fundamental differnece between how Pool is played in pubs in the UK and in Blok M. Is it how fouls don’t carry.
